Updated: Jun 14
We wanted to give you an update on the recent changes that the Governor has implemented in regards to outdoor visitation for residents of Assisted Living Communities as of Monday, June 8, 2020.
We will be implementing outside visitation, which will be located on the patio off of the main dining room on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Each resident will be allowed 2 visitors per day. No one under the age of 12 will be allowed to visit. You must sign up for a visit. You may do this by calling 614-898-7488 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Each resident will be allowed 30 minutes. This will be weather permitting. · Visits will commence on Tuesday, June 9.
All visitors will need to be screened prior to each visit and also wear a mask. Visitors will need to supply their own mask. Social distancing will be required and absolutely no physical contact will be allowed. There will be a separate visitor entrance located on the patio off of the Main Dining Room where someone will do screening prior to your visit. If you are not feeling well the day of your visit, PLEASE reschedule your visit.
